Web i used the console command set stage completed but still didnt receive the word from that wall at arcwind point. This bug does not occur if dawnguard is not installed) if arngeir gives arcwind point as the location of a word of power, finding the word wall and learning the word may not complete the find the word of power in arcwind. So after receiving quest to find word of power in arcwind point it glitched and even though i learned word it didn't remove as a side quest.
